CitySpace was filled with over 160 supporters of Piedmont Council for the Arts on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. It was an evening of conversation, art, music, and celebration of our community’s vibrant cultural life!
The festivities included a gallery exhibit by Synergia (an artist roundtable group started with PCA’s help), live music from fiddler Mark Campbell as well as winners of PCA’s Arthur C. Greene Rising Star Award (including Kevin Eichenberger on bass and Josh Tucker on piano), a silent auction featuring original artwork by Ron Evans, Anne de LaTour Hopper, Michael Bednar, Stacey Evans, Josef Beery, and others, and a raffle for two 5-film passes to the Virginia Film Festival plus tickets to the Festival’s Opening Night Gala and Late Night Wrap Party!
We want to say thank you to all of the volunteers, local businesses, musicians, and attendees who helped make Spring For The Arts possible, especially our event sponsors for their amazing support: C-VILLE Weekly, Crutchfield, Harvest Moon Catering, Blue Mountain Brewery, Market Street Wineshops, City of Charlottesville, and Virginia Commission for the Arts. We would also like to extend a special thank to the PCA Board of Directors for their outstanding assistance and tireless efforts to make Spring For The Arts a success.

A final note: if you purchased tickets as a Non-Member, your admission included a one-year PCA membership. You will receive follow-up information about this in May. If you have any questions before then, please feel free to email membership@charlottesvillearts.org.
