Student Art and Chocolate at PVCC

Prepare for an evening of indulgence and new art. The Annual Student Exhibition and Seventh Annual Chocolate ChowDown is a decadent event with an exhibit of work by Piedmont Virginia Community College art students and, of course, chocolate for all in attendance.

The exhibit opens with a reception on Friday, April 13, from 5:00-7:00pm in the PVCC Gallery. The non-juried group exhibition is open to all PVCC students who have taken an art class during the current academic year. The media include painting, printmaking, drawing, ceramics, sculpture and graphic design.

The exhibit will remain in the PVCC Gallery until August 29, 2012.

The PVCC Gallery is located in the V. Earl Dickinson Building for Humanities and Social Sciences. Gallery hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-10pm, Friday from 9:00-6:00pm, and Saturday from 1:00-5:00pm until May 20. Summer Gallery hours from May 21-August 26 are Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-6:00pm and Friday from 8:00am-12:00pm.
