Stories from the Garden

Stories from the Garden is a local documentary project that tells the story of an urban garden started in Charlottesville’s 10th and Page neighborhood in 2007. Photography by Ross McDermott and audio storytelling by Jesse Straight highlight five individuals connected with the garden and the neighborhood.
The exhibition is supported by the City of Charlottesville, the Charlottesville Community Design Center (CCDC), and Stubblefield Photo Lab and is shown with the Festival of the Photograph, June 12-14.
Exhibit located on the downtown mall, at the corner of 5th Street in the courtyard below the new CCDC.
