A professional photographer based in Charlottesville, Cogill is committed to using his photographs to support issues of social justice. See more of his photography at www.tomcogill.com.
The artists participating in “Phoning It In” use images made with cell phones to present a wide range of challenging work. Both exhibits will remain on display through April 3. To learn more about the fine and performing arts events at PVCC, please visit www.pvcc.edu/performingarts.
