Four County Players was founded in 1973 and is now Central Virginia’s longest running community theater. Located in small town Barboursville, the theater is the center of cultural activities posing as an artistic as well as an educational center. Every year, the theater presents five main stage shows varying from musicals to Shakespeare and a family Christmas show every year. The goal of the theater is to have a positive and enriching effect on the community by producing quality, professional theater productions.
They are opening their 40th Anniversary season with SNOOPY: The Musical! This musical is perfect for the whole family. It is a sequel performance from their 2002 production of You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. This musical is based on the comic strip “PEANUTS” written by Charles M. Schulz. So bring your whole family out to enjoy a night of great music and lots of laughter!
The show opens Thursday, June 28th at 8pm. The performances are June 28, 29, 30, July 5, 6, 7 at 8pm and July 1, 8 at 2:30 pm. All tickets are $12.
